Product description
Ammonium chloride is an inorganic compound belonging to the chloride group, formed as a salt from the combination of hydrochloric acid and ammonia. It's found in nature as the rare mineral known as native salmiak.
Application
Industrially, it has multiple applications: as an electrolyte in dry galvanic cells, a flux in processes such as soldering, galvanising, and tinning. Additionally, its properties find utility in the medical field as an expectorant, notably present in aniseed drops. In agriculture, it serves as a cattle feed additive.
